SUGAR-FREE 5 MINUTE LEMONADE

The 5 minute lemonade without sugar is a drink made of lemon, water, mint, mineral water, white grapes and ice.

Easy and quick to prepare, refreshing and sugar-free, it is ideal for hydrating during the day.

5 lemons
4 cups water
1 bunch fresh mint
mineral water (low mineral content)
1 small bunch white grapes
ice

Preparation :

  • Wash the lemons well.
  • Squeeze the juice from 4 lemons and cut the last lemon into quarters.
  • In the blender, mix together the mint and the seeded grapes with a little ice.
  • Mix with lemon juice.
  • Add lots of water and pour into a pitcher with ice.
  • Add the lemon wedges.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Enjoy !

5 MINUTE REFRESHING LEMONADE

6 lemons
1/3 cup cane sugar
mint leaves

Preparation :

  • Put the water in a jug and add the sugar. 
  • Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  • Squeeze the lemon juice.
  • Add to the water, with lots of ice and a few mint leaves (possibly cut into small pieces).
  • Serve with a few lemon slices.
