2 INGREDIENTS COOKIES

2-ingredients cookies are cookies made of bananas, muesli and / or chocolate chips.

Easy and quick to prepare, they are ideal for breakfast or daytime snacks.

1,5 cup ripe bananas (about 2)
1 cup muesli
dark chocolate chips (optional)

Preparation :

  • Pour the muesli in a bowl.
  • Peel the bananas, remove the filaments and cut into small pieces.
  • Place the banana pieces in a potato masher and mash.
  • Place the puree obtained in the bowl with the muesli.
  • Mix well with a spoon, then add the chocolate chips if necessary.
  • Mix again with a spoon to evenly distribute the chocolate chips.
  • On a baking sheet put and form small heaps of dough with a spoon, carefully compacting the cookies and spacing them out.
  • Place 5 to 10 min in the freezer.
  • Preheat the oven in static mode to 360° F.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes.
  • Remove from oven, gently remove and transfer to a wire rack.
  • Serve and Enjoy !

GIANT LACE COOKIE

1 cup softened butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla flavor
2 cups flour
1/2 cup corn starch
a pinch of salt

Preparation :

  • Put the butter, sugar and vanilla flavor in a bowl and stir until a light and frothy mixture is obtained. 
  • Add the flour, corn starch and salt and knead quickly until a ball of dough forms.
  • Spread and roll out the dough on a working surface until it forms a disc of 0.4 inch thick and 10 inch diameter. 
  • Place in a mold of the same size fitted with cooking paper. 
  • Using a fork, draw 8 slices on the dough, then refrigerate for at least 30 min.
  • Preheat the oven in static mode to 360° F. 
  • Bake for about 25 min. 
  • Let it to cool.
  • Place a stencil with a lace pattern on top, sprinkle generously with icing sugar, then carefully remove.
  • Serve and enjoy !

5 MINUTE VEGAN VANILLA CAKE

5-minute vegan vanilla cake is a cake made of flour, cane sugar, corn starch, yeast, yogurt, soy milk and vanilla.

Easy and quick to prepare, this sweet and deliciously scented vegan cake is ideal for daytime snacks.

3 cups flour
1 cup cane sugar
3 tbsp corn starch
1 tbsp baking powder
1 cup soy yogurt
1/3 cup oil
0,75 cup soy milk
1 tsp natural vanilla flavor
icing sugar

Steps :

  • In a bowl, sift and mix the flour with the corn starch and yeast with a wooden spoon.
  • Add the cane sugar and mix.
  • Add the oil, milk and soy yogurt and mix until you get a homogeneous consistency.
  • Pour the dough into a 10 inches diameter oiled and floured baking pan.
  • Preheat the oven in static mode to 360°F.
  • Bake for about 40 mins.
  • After 35 mins, stick a toothpick or the tip of a knife in the center of the cake. If it comes out dry, the cake is ready.
  • Otherwise, continue cooking for another 5 mins.
  • Remove from the oven and let to cool.
  • Sprinkle with icing sugar.
  • Serve and enjoy!

LEMON COLD CREAM

A cold lemon cream is a cold dessert made of mascarpone, lemon and fresh cream.

Easy and quick to prepare, particularly creamy and refreshing, it is ideal at the end of a meal or for the day’s snacks.

1 cup mascarpone
1 lemon juice
1 cup cold cream
1 tsp Limoncello (optional)

Preparation :

  • In a bowl, whip the cream until stiff and set aside.
  • In another bowl, mix the mascarpone with a spoon until it becomes creamy.
  • Put the lemon juice and possibly the limoncello in a bowl. 
  • Add a first spoonful of cream and stir quickly. 
  • Then add alternately the mascarpone and the cream, one spoonful at a time until you get a creamy and homogeneous mixture.
  • Put in the fridge.
  • Use as a dessert or to garnish cakes.
